A high-profile fashion business is looking for an exceptional PA to support the Director. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished PA/EA who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is accustomed to working closely with senior leaders or high-net-worth individuals. You'll be the engine behind the scenes, the person who makes everything run smoothly, anticipates every need before it arises, and handles the complex, the confidential, and the unexpected with equal composure. This role spans both the professional and personal, demanding someone who is as comfortable booking a last-minute flight as they are preparing a boardroom presentation. Offered on a hybrid basis (3/2), this position combines the flexibility of remote working with meaningful, hands-on involvement at the heart of the business.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Diary & Travel: Master complex, ever-shifting schedules and coordinate seamless travel arrangements across time zones, personally and professionally.
- Meetings & Events: Manage the full lifecycle of meetings and engagements, from agendas and briefing notes to post-meeting follow-up.
- Personal Support: Handle lifestyle management with the utmost discretion, from appointments and reservations to ad hoc personal tasks.
- Project Ownership: Lead key projects independently, keeping multiple priorities on track with minimal direction.
Person Specification:
- Significant PA/EA experience at senior level, supporting high-profile or HNW individuals.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused someone who doesn't wait to be asked.
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong MS Office proficiency across Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A background in fashion, luxury, media or another creative field is a real advantage.
If you're a seasoned EA who takes pride in flawless execution and discretion, and you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
