Main responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative and trend-aware graphic designs for men's licensed products, primarily focusing on jersey and leisurewear.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce designs that resonate with target audiences and reflect current industry trends.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Supporting the team with creative input for both DTR and licensed product lines, including sportswear, character, movies and entertainment themes.
  • Assisting in the development of seasonal collection concepts and ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Potentially travelling within Europe and visiting suppliers or factories, to ensure design execution aligns with production.

Person specifications:

  • Proven experience in men's graphic design with licensing experience within fashion, preferably.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, brands and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A keen eye for detail, colour, and composition, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.
