Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Womenswear Designer across Soft Wovens to join their successful and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven designer with a strong trend awareness and the ability to build and develop collections independently. Working across key accounts, you will take ownership of designing trend‑led, commercially successful ranges while playing an active role in mentoring and supporting junior designers. Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop trend‑led, commercially focused soft woven multi-product ranges in line with customer briefs and target price points.
- Build cohesive seasonal collections with a strong commercial appeal.
- Present concepts and ranges to customers with confidence, clearly communicating design direction and product rationale.
- Translate trends into wearable products suitable for high‑volume retail environments.
- Support and mentor junior designers, helping to develop talent within the team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and confidently lead design discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and bestselling products to inform design decisions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure ranges are developed and delivered in line with customer expectations.

- Proven experience designing womenswear, ideally within a supplier or fast‑paced retail environment.
