Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy, alignment with customer requirements, and business targets.
  • Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS, while keeping your manager informed of any challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to resolve customer issues, address product concerns, and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing.
  • Analyse orderbooks, communicate risks or delays to customers and sales teams, and support order allocation with the warehouse for timely shipment.
  • Review orders prior to shipping to ensure they meet customer specifications and maintain high accuracy standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with pricing, credits, invoices, terms, and process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, attend training and development courses, and support special projects as required.

Person Specifications

  • 1-2 years of general office experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); STYLEman experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
