We are working closely with a highly successful, established fast fashion supplier who are looking for a Production Merchandiser to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across womenswear multi-product ranges with major high street retailers and supermarkets. You'll be driving the full production lifecycle from development through to delivery ensuring product is manufactured to the highest standard, on time, and in line with brand expectations. This role is perfect for someone who is extremely fashion-focused, thrives in a high-pressure environment, and loves the pace and energy of fast fashion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the critical path, ensuring all key seasonal and production deadlines are met
  • Overseeing order management from confirmation through to final delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with factories, suppliers, and buyers
  • Chasing production, development, and fit samples to ensure timelines stay on track
  • Managing fabric, trims, and lab-dip submissions, ensuring approvals are achieved within deadline
  • Identifying and flagging potential production issues early, working closely with the Head of Production to resolve
  • Supporting Garment Techs, Designers, and Production teams with clear and accurate critical path updates
  • Ensuring all PLM systems and Excel documentation are kept accurate and up to date

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a fashion production or merchandising role (supplier experience preferred)
  • Strong fabric knowledge and a genuine passion for womenswear and fast fashion
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with PLM systems
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to deliver results
