An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PMO Manager to join a global business with a portfolio of well-known brands. Based in the London office and supporting the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will play a key part in coordinating and delivering strategic and operational priorities across Reebok Europe. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, cross-functional coordination and ensuring key projects and transformation initiatives are delivered successfully. Salary £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Translate strategic priorities into clear implementation plans with defined deliverables, ownership, deadlines and KPIs
- Manage key projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT
- Maintain central project roadmaps, milestone trackers and governance processes to ensure initiatives remain on track
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, challenge delays and ensure recovery plans are implemented where required
- Produce clear reporting for senior management covering progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and key decisions
- Maintain PMO governance including RAID logs, RACI structures, project trackers, decision logs and escalation processes
- Identify project risks and resource constraints, working with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans
- Support business transformation, process improvement and implementation of new systems and ways of working
Person specification:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting or a similar role
- Previous experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is essential
- Strong project management and organisational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience of project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira advantageous
