We are excited to be partnering with a global group of iconic lifestyle and performance brands, to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer for REEBOK. This is a rare opportunity to join a business undergoing significant growth and transformation, where the COO will have the platform to shape, scale, and elevate global operations.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:- Leading sales operations to ensure smooth order management and exceptional B2B & eCommerce service
- Overseeing demand planning and the full S&OP cycle to improve forecast accuracy and availability
- Managing procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient long lead-time product sourcing
- Leading logistics & fulfilment, including 3PL performance, warehouse operations, and delivery SLAs
- Driving operational strategy, scalable processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams across planning, procurement, logistics, and operations
- Significant senior leadership experience in operations or supply chain
- Preference will be given to someone from sportswear, fashion and footwear experience
- Strong expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and 3PL management
- Proven ability to build efficient, scalable end-to-end operational processes
- Confident operating in fast-paced, high-growth or transformational environments
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
