We are seeking a detail-oriented, commercially-driven Amazon Trading Manager to lead the day-to-day growth of our Pan-EU multi-branded portfolio. You will be the primary daily point of contact for Amazon, ensuring our digital storefront is flawless, our inventory is moving, and our ad spend is working hard. This role requires a unique blend of operational grit and stakeholder management, acting as the vital bridge between our internal teams and Amazon's complex ecosystem to keep the Amazon flywheel running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Vendor Central Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of Vendor Central, including catalogue management, NIS, PO processing, and dispute resolution (shortages/chargebacks).
- Digital Merchandising: Ensure all A+ Content, Brand Stores, and SEO-optimized titles/bullets are best-in-class to maximize conversion in competitive categories and audit PDPs to win the Buy Box and maintain seasonal newness.
- Inventory & Forecasting: Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain high in-stock rates and collaborate with in-house teams to optimize in-season trading.
- Promotional Roadmap: Design and execute a high-impact marketing calendar, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and category-specific events.
- Advertising Oversight: Collaborate with (or manage) the PPC team/agency to ensure Amazon Marketing Services (AMS/DSP) spend drives incremental growth and manages ROAS/TACOS.
- Critical Path Planning: Coordinate brand calendar, sales and buying critical path cycles. The scope of responsibilities may expand or vary depending on the needs of the company’s business and market conditions.
Person Specifications
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P), ideally in Fashion, Beauty, or FMCG – highly desirable.
- In-depth working knowledge of Vendor Central and Amazon ecosystem, including running deals in various formats on site.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) and able to translate Amazon data into actionable insights.
- Communication: Able to hold your own in room with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Experience with Amazon 3P and launching new brands on Amazon.
- Experience with other large marketplace/pure-player businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising tools.
