We are excited to be recruiting a talented Licensed Graphics Designer to join a leading, highly respected global fashion business! The ideal candidate will have strong creative and technical design skills, with experience developing licensed product ranges for major fashion retailers. You\’ll be working across a dynamic portfolio of global sports, fashion & lifestyle brands.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile collaborations in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Based in Central London, with hybrid working available.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Design licensed graphics tailored to a range of major retailers.
  • Develop trend-led concepts that align with both brand DNA and retailer aesthetic.
  • Create production-ready artwork for sampling and ensure seamless sample management throughout development.
  • Conduct seasonal and ongoing research into sportswear, streetwear, and lifestyle trends to inform new collections.
  • Liaise directly with license partners, buyers, and brand teams to present concepts and ensure brand compliance.
  • Attend license meetings, development sessions, and key trade shows to stay connected with market direction and brand strategy.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience designing licensed graphics for apparel.
  • Passionate about sports, lifestyle, and licensed fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (essential).
  • Confident in interpreting brand guidelines while adding commercial and creative value.
  • Solid understanding of retail market and fashion trends.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
