We're looking for an experienced designer to join our client's dynamic team and lead creative development for their Jersey & Nightwear categories. You'll design innovative, forward-thinking styles that resonate with our clients, backed by strong technical skills and a sharp eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading retailers, contributing to high-profile collections, within a lovely working environment.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing original design concepts aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and market trends
  • Creating seasonal colour palettes, detailed sketches, CADs, and technical design packs for jersey and nightwear collections
  • Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure designs are commercially viable and production ready
  • Researching and interpreting current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful ranges
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed deadlines and client briefs
  • Providing clear and professional communication throughout the development process

Person Specification:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software
  • Trend-aware and creatively driven
