Overview
We\’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded UK high-street fashion supplier who are seeking a Senior Soft Wovens Designer across womens Multi-product to join their dynamic and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across exciting, fast-paced young fashion accounts for leading UK retailers. You\’ll collaborate closely with buyers, delivering trend-led woven collections that are both creative and highly commercial. This role is office-based in London.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a wide range of woven multi-products for womenswear.
- Liaise with overseas factories to ensure design concepts are translated into commercial products.
- Present ranges and build strong relationships with buyers.
- Travelling overseas for comp shopping trips and factory visits.
- Deliver designs that are both innovative and commercially relevant.
Person Specification
- Minimum 3 years\\\’ experience as a Womens Soft Wovens Designer, ideally within a supplier environment.
- Strong CAD skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
- A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking initiative.
- Confident, proactive, and personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
