We are working with a reputable fashion supplier, working with key retailers and brands to design and manufacture trend-led apparel. With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, we are looking for a Graduate Fashion Production Coordinator to support their design, production, and merchandising teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a fashion graduate with a keen eye for trends, strong organisational skills, and a passion for the industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience across product development, trend analysis, and supplier coordination, helping to bring collections from concept to market.

Based in the London office 5 days a week.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in coordinating the product development process from design to production.
  • Research emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and colours to support collections.
  • Communicate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely sample development and production.
  • Support the design team with mood boards, fabric sourcing, and tech packs.
  • Work closely with merchandisers to track orders, approvals, and critical paths.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Organise showroom samples and assist in client meetings.

Person specification:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
