Role Overview:

As assistant store manager, you will have two main priorities: driving and maintaining the standard of service across the store and supporting and developing your team. The back office and replenishment is managed by a separate team which means that you can be 100% dedicated to your team, their growth and wellbeing, and ensure the quality of customer service offered is second to none.
