About Locale Italian
ItalianLocale Italian is established, serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. The restaurant has a separate cocktail bar area and an outdoor terrace.
Opening Times: Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm
Opportunity: £36K to £42K per year (£15.50 - £16.50 per hour on a 40-48 hour per week rota)
You would need to be an experienced chef and have strong Italian cuisine experience. Strong kitchen leadership experience with the potential to develop your role. Strong communicator, able to work with your team and senior support to improve and develop.
