It's an owner‑led business, hands‑on and proud of its independence, with a team that's been given the room to lead the kitchen and make it their own.

The Section

You will lead the grill and pasta section — classic Italian pasta made properly, seasonal fish and meat, fresh salads, all built on authentic Italian produce.

Pizza experience is a genuine bonus if you have it, but it's not required — this role is about your grill and pasta craft first.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the grill and pasta section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to authentic Italian quality standards.
  • Manage workflow during busy passes, coordinating with brigade members.
  • Communicate clearly with front‑of‑house and kitchen staff to maintain service excellence.
