We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager from a known high street brand to lead an independently owned restaurant and bar in Central London. The role is full time; located in Mayfair, with potential for future multi-site leadership and new openings.
The Role
- The role requires full responsibility and accountability for your team and operation.
- You will lead a front‑of‑house team of 10–15 colleagues, support the Head Chef, and oversee the BOH team.
- Full reporting of weekly PnL, business administration including health & safety, training & development, and support of BOH operations are key responsibilities.
- The restaurant operates 7 days a week, with the kitchen closing at 10pm. No super late nights or early mornings.
- Hands‑on leadership in service to deliver exceptional guest experience.

- Experienced Restaurant General Manager with proven PnL management and full business operation oversight.
- Strong hands‑on experience in recruiting and developing a high‑service‑standard team.
- Demonstrated track record of year‑on‑year achievements, longevity in previous roles, and progression.

- Strong leadership experience with potential to develop into a multi‑site role.
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with team and senior support to improve and develop.
