CDP Chef - Italian Cuisine

CDP with experience in Italian cuisine – 32K to 37.5K per year – London, Southbank
(Paid hourly £13 – £15 on 48 hours contract)

We are looking for an accomplished CDP or Junior Sous level chef with strong experience in Italian cuisine to join an independent Italian restaurant and bar in central London.
About Locale Italian:
Locale Italian is established, serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar.
You would join a brigade of four chefs serving classic Italian Pasta, Seasonal Fish and Meat, Artisan Pizzas and Fresh Salads all made with authentic Italian products.
The restaurant has a separate cocktail bar area and an outdoor terrace.
Opening Times:
Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm
Opportunity:

• 32K – 37.5K/year
• You would need to be an experienced chef and have strong Italian cuisine experience.
• Strong kitchen leadership experience with the potential to develop your role.
• Strong communicator, able to work with your team and senior support to improve and develop
