About the Role

Join Our Back of House Team at Our Restaurant Hub, where we combine flavours from the Boparan Restaurant Group brands such as Carluccio's Caffe, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Harry Ramsden's. You will be an essential part of the kitchen, preparing ingredients, cooking, plating dishes, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation.
  • Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organized, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Support: Work closely with teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to keep the kitchen well stocked.
