- Set and maintain brand standards and food quality while collaborating with our award‑winning food team.
- Oversee kitchen operations from 3 AM onwards, maintaining excellent service across varying shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Experienced in the fast‑paced world of high‑volume restaurants.
- Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
- In‑depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
- Solid grasp of hospitality management.
- Proficiency in understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Understanding of Health and Safety, Licensing Laws, and related regulations.
