There is a unique twist – early morning starts from 3 am – but our variety of shifts promise a vibrant and ever-changing work landscape.

  • Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
  • In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
  • Understanding of hospitality management.
  • Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
  • Excel in communication and leadership skills.
  • Awesome at organising and multitasking.
  • Plus, you\’re ready to share your last 5 years of life\’s journey, whether that\’s work, education, or personal experiences, and you\’re okay with a criminal record check.
