If you’re eager for a hands-on management role in a bustling airport coffee bar located within our fast-paced restaurant, we’re on the lookout for a Cafe Manager. Our airport shifts start at the crack of dawn (hello, 3 AM!). Plus, our array of shifts promise a vibrant and ever-changing work landscape.
You’ll contribute to motivating and guiding the team to consistently provide an outstanding experience, guaranteeing that every visitor departs with a smile, regardless of the time.

What we’re looking for in our Cafe Manager:
- Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume coffee bars.
- Hands-on experience of hospitality management.
- Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
- Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
- Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
- Awesome at organising and multitasking.
