What we’re looking for in our Head Chef:
- Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
- Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
- Solid grasp of hospitality management.
- Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
- Excel in communication and leadership skills.
- Awesome at organising and multitasking.
- Ready to share your last 5 years of life’s journey, whether that’s work, education, or personal experiences, and okay with a criminal record check.
