Job Purpose

The Resourcing team is working in partnership with a global cruise line company based in Uxbridge. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join its in-house legal team. This diverse role offers exposure to the fast-paced and multifaceted operations of a maritime legal department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support, assist with claims management, support with contracts, and contribute to various legal projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the legal team.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of legal claims.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect and verify relevant information and documentation.
  • Review and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Support the review and preparation of contracts for execution.
  • Compile and analyse data to report on case trends, personal injury matters, and potential budgeting implications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification).

  • Experience supporting contract review, preparation, and execution.
