The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role within our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery model. You will be responsible for hands-on recruitment across our RPO customer accounts, often working embedded within client environments to deliver a tailored, high-quality service. This role combines full recruitment process ownership, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted recruitment advisor, ensuring best practice across sourcing, assessment, compliance, and candidate experience. The position requires exceptional stakeholder management, advanced sourcing capability, and the ability to operate seamlessly within both internal teams and client-side environments. Travel to client sites will be required depending on account needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management (RPO Environment)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and senior stakeholders within RPO client accounts.
- Lead onsite or virtual job briefings and agree hiring strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with client HR, procurement, and operational teams.
- Provide insights on market intelligence, sourcing strategies, and process optimisation.
- Attend client meetings, performance reviews, and onsite sessions to maintain strong alignment and delivery quality.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Advertise roles and develop attraction strategies aligned to client requirements.
- Conduct direct sourcing including headhunting, proactive search, market mapping, and talent pooling.
- Deliver screening, assessments, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate client interviews, feedback loops, onboarding, and offer management.
- Ensure all candidates receive professional, high-quality experience throughout the process.
- RPO Delivery Coordination & Process Excellence
- Ensure consistent achievement of recruitment SLAs across assigned RPO accounts.
- Deliver against activity-based KPIs such as sourcing activity, screening volumes, interviews arranged and offer conversions.
- Meet and maintain monthly and quarterly financial targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate role and candidate data across client and internal ATS/CRM platforms.
- Work closely with offshore/onshore delivery teams and third-party partners.
- Ensure compliance with client procedures, contractual obligations, and RPO SLAs.
- Produce hiring dashboards, MI reports, and recruitment analytics as required.
- Uphold GDPR, data protection, and audit standards at all times.
- Guide and support junior recruiters or delivery consultants when required.
- Identify improvements across sourcing, workflow management, process efficiency, and candidate engagement.
- Provide recommendations and insights during client reviews and continuous improvement forums.
- Support specialist, niche, or high priority hiring projects across the RPO portfolio.
- Business Insight & Growth Support
- Use BI tools and market intelligence to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Research talent pools, hiring trends, and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand or enhance RPO service offerings.
- Support Account Managers with proposals, presentations, or strategic client discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter within an RPO, in-house, or agency-to-RPO environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering the full recruitment process across multiple role types.
- Experience working onsite or embedded within client organisations.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and strong multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Experience collaborating with offshore or remote delivery teams.
- A driving licence is required for travel to client locations.
