What you'll be doing
- Generating new business and developing relationships with organisations across the Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, FM, Environmental, Energy and Technology sectors.
- Identifying and approaching prospective clients through structured outbound sales activity.
- Securing telephone meetings and client appointments.
- Building relationships with hiring managers, operational leaders and HR professionals.
- Understanding recruitment challenges and positioning tailored recruitment solutions.
- Developing opportunities into long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM and sales processes.
Working alongside our experienced Senior Sales Consultant and Candidate Team, you'll receive the support needed to build confidence, win business and develop your commercial skills.
Who we're looking for
We're far more interested in attitude and potential than previous recruitment experience. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A disciplined approach to managing activity and following up opportunities.
- Good IT and CRM skills.
- Ambition, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed.
- Tenacity and the determination to achieve your goals.
- A driving licence would be advantageous.
