Role Summary

We’re looking for a Content Transformation Consultant to lead an exciting evolution in how our content is created, delivered, and scaled. This is about more than process — it’s about creating a sustainable, scalable engine for high-impact learning content.

  • Proven experience leading content or operational transformation
  • Strong background in instructional design and digital learning
  • Experience embedding new ways of working within teams

  • Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, or authoring tools
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills

Desirable

  • Experience in L&D, education, or content operations environments
