Role Summary
We’re looking for a Content Transformation Consultant to lead an exciting evolution in how our content is created, delivered, and scaled. This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” role — it’s a hands-on transformation opportunity. You’ll take a newly designed content creation model and bring it to life, embedding smarter, faster, and higher-quality ways of working across our content team. You’ll work at the heart of the business, combining process excellence, instructional design expertise, and people leadership to ensure we’re set up for our next stage of growth.
Purpose of the Role
To turn strategy into reality. You’ll lead the implementation of a new content creation operating model — aligning people, processes, and tools — and ensuring the team is confident, capable, and thriving within it. This is about more than process — it’s about creating a sustainable, scalable engine for high-impact learning content.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Proven experience leading content or operational transformation
- Strong background in instructional design and digital learning
- Experience embedding new ways of working within teams
- Confident change leader — communicator, coach, influencer
- Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, or authoring tools
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills
Desirable
- Experience in L&D, education, or content operations environments
- Knowledge of agile, lean, or continuous improvement approaches
- Experience building templates, QA frameworks, and governance models
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, AgilePM, etc.)
