Legionella Risk Assessor/Service Technician West London region Β£34,000 - Β£35,000 vehicle benefits To be responsible for carrying out a wide range of water hygiene services and Legionella Risk Assessments across client sites, ensuring water systems remain safe, compliant and maintained in accordance with current legislation and industry best practice. The package: We are offering a competitive salary, and, in addition, we'll make sure you have everything you need to do your job well. The role: Carry out water temperature testing to ACOP L8 requirements, flushing and electronic record keeping, ensuring water systems remain compliant and all works are accurately recorded using company systems Complete showerhead cleaning, TMV servicing, water sampling, tank inspections and tank cleaning, identifying any issues and ensuring systems continue to operate safely and efficiently Undertake swimming pool sampling and closed system sampling and analysis, ensuring all testing is completed in line with company procedures, legislation and customer requirements Complete Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with HSG274 Part 2 requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality and customer service across client sites throughout the West London area Can you show experience in some of these areas: A minimum of 2 years' experience within the Water Hygiene industry, with a strong understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274 and water hygiene best practice WMSoc or City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification covering HSG274 Part 2 requirements Experience carrying out water sampling, TMV servicing, tank inspections and cleaning, swimming pool sampling and closed system sampling and analysis Ability to work independently while managing your own workload across multiple customer sites, maintaining excellent communication, professionalism, accurate electronic record keeping and customer service at all times
