This role is critical to shaping market positioning and driving long-term, sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Customer Engagement team to lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing dealsGrow and maintain a sales pipeline across all sectors and customer/prospect segments β ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales, revenue, customer retention targets, KPI\βs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences are achieved.Support new sales and account management teams achieve their potential β sales coaching, mentoring and support to achieve individual performance measures.Mentor and guide team members in best practices for consultative selling and relationship management.Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
