As an Account Manager for our customer's Fire Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an allocated portfolio of existing regional and small-sized customer accounts. The role is focused on retaining customers, protecting margin, and growing revenue through the sale and renewal of maintenance contracts, monitoring services, and small works. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery, high levels of customer satisfaction, and proactive engagement.
