Contracts Manager Reporting to: Operations Manager The Resourcing Team is the exclusive recruitment partner to a a very well-established cleaning and facilities management company with national contracts.
We are helping this business to recruit a Contracts Manager to lead a growing portfolio of customers across West Yorkshire.
The Contracts Manager plays a vital role within the Cleaning & Hygiene division, leading the successful delivery of multiple cleaning contracts across a diverse portfolio of clients including education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and public sector environments.
The Contracts Manager will drive continuous improvement across their portfolio, support the development of operational teams, identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the continued success of the company through outstanding customer service, effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards across all allocated sites.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits and proactive account management.
Carry out regular quality audits and inspections, ensuring service standards are consistently achieved and any corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded across all allocated contracts Lead, support and develop Cleaning Supervisors and Operatives through effective coaching, mentoring and performance management.
Recruit, induct and train new employees in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
Manage staffing levels, ensuring appropriate cover is provided for holidays, sickness and other absences.
Essential Qualifications & Experience Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts within the commercial cleaning industry.
Experience leading, motivating and developing operational teams.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
Full UK Driving Licence.
