About the Role
As an
Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing and supply chain, you’ll be the key link between the business and its partners, ensuring commercial targets are achieved and brand presence continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of key customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new commercial opportunities within existing customers.
- Negotiate commercials and promotional activity to deliver profitable growth.
- Monitor performance and deliver accurate forecasts, sales analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams to deliver tailored campaigns and in‑store activation.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring service levels and product availability meet expectations.
About You
- Proven experience in an Account Management or Commercial role within FMCG (food, beverage, or consumer goods preferred).
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with a track record of growing key accounts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- Confident communicator who can influence both internally and externally.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
