The Opportunity
- You’ll work as an extension of your client's internal Talent Acquisition team, partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver complex technology recruitment across Defence and National Security.
- You’ll recruit across disciplines including:

We're Looking For
- Agency recruiters with recent experience recruiting technology professionals into Defence, National Security or Aerospace
- Delivery Consultants, Talent Partners, Embedded Recruiters or experienced 360 Recruiters looking to move into a delivery‑first environment
- Strong experience recruiting for technical positions across software, engineering, cyber or cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate as a trusted recruitment partner
- Experience working with security‑cleared recruitment or highly regulated environments would be highly advantageous
What You'll Be Doing
