The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a growing civil engineering subcontractor, supporting the delivery of heavy civils packages across power and energy projects. Due to an increase in secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support delivery on live projects in the North West. This role will see you taking full responsibility for site-based delivery of civils works, working closely with the principal contractor and wider project team to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality execution, supporting continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in power civils, particularly those experienced in cable routes, substations or wider energy infrastructure projects.
Day to day duties will vary but could include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across heavy civils packages
- Overseeing works including earthworks, ducting, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete
- Supervising subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme
