Location: Cambridge

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or travelling to other offices

Salary: £100,000 to £120,000 basic + car / car allowance + bonus + package

The Resolute Group has been retained to secure a Regional Commercial Director for a leading client-side consultancy supporting major energy, utilities and infrastructure programmes, including a key National Grid framework linked to the Great Grid Partnership.

This is a senior, client-facing commercial leadership role for an experienced professional who can operate at programme level, advise on New Engineering Contract (NEC) matters and lead commercial teams across complex infrastructure portfolios.

The role will involve:

  • Leading commercial management across major energy, utilities and infrastructure programmes
  • Acting as a senior commercial and NEC adviser to clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance across NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
  • Overseeing valuations, forecasting, reporting, claims, variations and final accounts
  • Establishing robust commercial governance across multiple commissions
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a regional commercial team
