Let’s be honest every advert for a Recruitment Consultant looks the same, and every recruitment agency does the same thing so why move from one agency to another agency? If it’s just for more money we aren’t the company for you. We invest time and money to enhance your career development; money is the by-product you get from the effort you put in at the start of the process.
The Resolute Group was set up from the lessons learnt from working for the larger corporate Recruitment Agencies. Removing the bad, micro-managed working practices and changing our stance in the market. Focusing on time, quality and customer service building lasting relationships that keep us growing year on year.
We look for Recruiters that are self-motivated, want the freedom to make decisions and push themselves because it's their choice not because they are forced to. No KPI's on call times, meetings, CV submissions, or vacancies; this is about you and working with you to understand what makes you successful. Then giving you the tools, guidance and mentorship to allow you to achieve your goals.
If you are a Recruitment Consultant that wants freedom, to be treated like an adult and needs the right environment to do just that then please apply.
Required Experience:- Client relationships & Candidate attraction - Understanding both parts of the Recruitment process.
- Recruitment Experience - This role needs someone that has a good foundation in recruitment; we are here to develop you not to train someone new to the industry.
Based out of the Head office in Derby on a hybrid basis.
