Role Description: Join a growing Infrastructure SME as we expand our Ground Engineering team across the UK. We are looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of diverse projects from rail and highways to environmental schemes. Ranging in value from £100k to £5m, delivering excellence from inception to completion. You’ll tackle complex challenges including void filling, soil stabilisation, and land slippage on behalf of Tier 1 contractors and major clients.
The Role: This is a site-based position focused on high-quality delivery and stakeholder management. While you’ll have full support from our Technical and Commercial teams, you will lead day-to-day operations, including:
- Safety Leadership: Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.
