- Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in office/site, 3 days home-based).

Role Overview
The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a Management Consultancy supporting the Environment Agency framework in delivering their asset maintenance programme.
The work undertaken will fall under three key areas:
- Project Management: Providing Project management, risk analysis and specialist delivery support to ensure the projects are delivered on time and are value for money in capital programmes.
- Asset Management: They provide technical advisory services for the lifecycle of infrastructure, including refurbishment and maintenance of existing assets.
- Collaborative: Operating within integrated teams to deliver projects such as nature-based solutions and traditional flood defences.
You will act as the NEC4 Project Manager, working on behalf of the Environment agency in administering the contract in a \\\”spirit of mutual trust and co-operation\\\”. Managing the contractors on site, ensuring the projects are delivered against the correct specification, time scales and project costings.
Key Responsibilities
- NEC4 Contract Administration
- Act as the named Project Manager under NEC4, making impartial decisions on behalf of the Client.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, statutory consultees, and community groups.
- Apply Environment Agency best practices for project management.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Contractors on site delivering the projects.
This is a hybrid role with you being on site or clients offices 2/3 days a week and 2/3 days working from home.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
- NEC4 Accredited Project Manager status is highly desirable.
- Driving Licence: Required for site visits if public transport is not available or possible.
