As a Senior Bid Manager within the Power division, you will be leading projects within the overall Framework. You will manage the portfolio, build bids and programmes to gain financial sign off as not all the work is financially viable on the Power frameworks.
You will be managing the full Bidding process from being the client lead through to managing the internal stakeholders to develop the bid, including Estimators, Planning, Commercial, Bid managers and Project Directors.
Reporting to the Head of Bidding, you will have an experienced professional to support and develop your career. All the projects are within the Energy / Power sector, focusing on the civil engineering aspects with a Technology partner providing the Sub Stations and associated equipment.

This is a hybrid role, but you need to have full control over the project, managing it as you see fit. Proven bidding experience in leading large £50m+ project or Framework bidding within the Civil Engineering sector is required.
Full driving licence is necessary. Living in Scotland on a full-time basis is also required.
