Job Description Estimator Excellent opportunity to join a growing sub-contractor looking to achieve £100m in the next 3 years. Location: – Northampton Salary: – £50,000 – £60,000 basic + Package Role Description: The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Sub-contractor looking to expand its pre-construction team by recruiting an Estimator on a permanent basis. Working with in a team of Estimators your role is to work on minor works from £10k – £5m in value, focused on Infrastructre schemes such as Highways, Water, Rail, Earthworks etc… The role requires the successful candidate to be forward-thinking, dynamic and have strong communication/negotiation skills and a background within Construction / Infrastructre sector. Your remit will be to price an effective tender, deliver the best value in terms of cost, quality and service to secure the project. Key responsibilities (day to day) Review and analyze drawings/specifications, and scope of work documents to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements.
