Overview Programme Change Consultant - Utilities. Working on a specific project undergoing a digital transformation across areas of the organisation. Day Rate: £400 - £450 per day Location: St Albans Duration: March 2020 Responsibilities Independent leadership of the Change project workstream, including delivery of an end to end change programme Leading teams to deliver your workstream Working with clients to identify their key challenges and help them create and implement the change programme milestones Building relationships with clients to drive positive outcomes and gaining their buy in to proposed solutions Ensuring that change management is planned out from the design and implementing solutions that can demonstrate benefits and value delivered to the client Required Experience Delivered projects previously in a Change led project within the Utilities sector.
