Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and efficiently process administration of front desk tasks, acting as the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
  • Handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel's policies.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognizing all our guests and treating them as individuals.
