Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals.
  • Lead the Front of House team to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for arrivals, departures, and guest interaction, monitor guest satisfaction and take charge of the building and all guests and team members during the shift as required by the hotel management.
  • Support hotel management to ensure that all team members are fully trained and compliant with Health and Safety requirements, whilst ensuring that Standards of Excellence are followed at all times.
