As a Night Receptionist at The Resident Soho:
- you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals.
- you will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks,?being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
- You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
