The Resident Soho is currently recruiting for a Night Duty Manager to join their friendly team! The Resident is an innovative brand of city centre hotels in London and Liverpool, focusing on providing excellent rooms, in exceptional locations with heartfelt hospitality. As our next Night Duty Manager at The Resident Soho, you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals. Your role is to support the Night Manager and the night team to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures, and guest interaction, monitor guest satisfaction and take charge of the building and all guests and team members during the shift, as required by the hotel management. You will support the Night Manager and the hotel management to ensure that all team members are fully trained and compliant with Health and Safety requirements, whilst ensuring that Standards of Excellence are followed at all times.
