As our next Painter at The Resident Edinburgh:
- Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure excellent finishes.
- Completing touch-ups, repairs, and room refresh projects to maintain our presentation standards.
- Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to plan and deliver decorating projects with minimal disruption to guests.
- Ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are stored safely and maintained in good condition.
- Monitoring decorating supplies and reporting stock requirements.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised at all times.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues discovered during decorating works.
- Promoting a positive and professional image of the hotel through the quality of your workmanship.
