As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest lodges are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest lodges to luxury standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor terraces.
- Replenish amenities, towels, and linens as per The Reserve’s guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items to your supervisor promptly.
- Respect guest privacy and ensure all interactions are warm, professional, and discreet.
- Support evening turndown service as and when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms, and equipment.
- Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and cleaning protocols diligently.
- Work closely with Guest Services and other departments to meet guest requests and special requirements.
- Support sustainability and eco-friendly practices in daily tasks.
