Job Description As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the breakfast service, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will motivate and support the team while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable start to their day.

Key

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the breakfast team during service.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Welcome guests and respond promptly and professionally to requests and feedback.

Ensure the breakfast buffet and dining areas are well presented, fully stocked, and maintained throughout service.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and replenishment.

Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.

Prepare staff rotas and assist with daily team planning where required.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor stock levels and report ordering requirements.

Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for service.
