The Role:
- Take responsibility for all maintenance throughout The Reserve; this is a hands-on role working alongside the maintenance assistant.
- Manage on-site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to.
- Maintain guest lodges and front of house areas to a high standard.
- Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure effective communication and a positive guest experience.
- Manage costs within budgeted guidelines within the maintenance department.
- Preparation and communication of property reports for the hotel.
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety within The Reserve.
What we need from you:
- Understand hotel property compliance.
- Able to carry out property maintenance as required.
