We are recruiting for a Bar Tender to join our food and beverage team at The Reserve. FLEXIBLE CONTRACTS AVAILABLE. APPLICANTS MUST BE AGED 18 OR OVER DUE TO SERVING ALCOHOL.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and hotel policies.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Work closely with restaurant and banqueting teams during events.
- Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Relevant licensing or certification (if required by local regulations).
