Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking to make a real impact in the fight against climate change? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across the UK and Europe, and help build our presence in new European markets. This is a rare opportunity to own and grow the marketing function in a purpose-led scale-up that’s transforming how renewable energy generators sell their power. You’ll work closely with our Commercial Director and senior team to elevate the Renewable Exchange brand, drive demand, and support international growth.

Tasks- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the UK, Germany, and new European markets.
- Create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads and support commercial growth.
- Own and evolve brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Produce and manage content for digital channels (website, email, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate marketing activity for new platform feature releases and market launches.
- Manage and report on the marketing budget, measuring ROI and campaign performance.
- Analyse data to drive decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Use digital tools such as CRM (HubSpot), CMS (Webflow), and email platforms.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies, leveraging external support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Product teams to align messaging and support sales.
- Identify and manage relationships with external partners (Upwork) to support campaign delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, including significant digital marketing experience.
- Proven success in marketing B2B services or products, ideally within a tech/SaaS company.
- Strong track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of £60k+, with clear reporting on ROI.
- Demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms including: CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), Website content management systems (e.g. Webflow), Email marketing tools, SEO, PPC, AI search and other performance marketing tools.
- Skilled in content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ability to work independently in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and results.
- Data-driven, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Confident and adaptable – comfortable switching between strategic and operational tasks.
